Pangasius fillet on vegetable base

Ingredients

2 pcs.
pangasius fillets
1 pcs.
squash, cut into sticks
1 bundle
fresh asparagus, cut into pieces
3 pcs.
large carrots, cut into sticks
1 tsp.
curry
1 pcs.
lime juice
 
salt, pepper, oil

Procedure

The vegetables are cleaned and cut. Fry the curry in oil. Then fry the vegetables in a very short time and season with salt and pepper. Pour the vegetables into an ovenproof dish.

Season the pangasius fillets on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the pangasius fillets on top of the vegetables and squeeze the juice of a lime on top. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Serve with rice or new potatoes.
