Pangasius loins on bonfire

Ingredients

2 pcs.
pangasius loins
1 pcs.
onion wedges
1 pcs.
tomato wedges
1 dl
dry white wine
1/2 tsp.
salt
1/2 tsp.
pepper

Procedure

The vegetables are cleaned and cut into wedges. The pangasius loins are placed in tinfoil with the vegetables.

The Pangasius loins are seasoned on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the pangasius loins on the bonfire and cook for about 15 minutes.

Serve with rice or new potatoes and a cold glass of white wine.
