Boil the eggs. Peel them and cut them in half. Cut the tomatoes in half. Rinse the rucula thoroughly and place it on a tea towel.
Nip the beans. Pour boiling water over the beans in a bowl, and let them sit for 30 seconds. Rinse in cold water.
Arrange salad, beans and asparagus on plates. Top with eggs, tomatoes and shrimp. Serves olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to the salad.
