Scallops on parsley pesto

Ingredients

4 pcs.
Scallops
50 g
flat-leaf parsley
6 clove
garlic
40 g
pine nuts
125 g
parmesan cheese
175 ml
extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp.
Sea salt
1/2 tsp.
Pepper from the grinder
1 pcs.
Tomatoes for decoration

Procedure

Blend parsley, garlic, pine nuts and a bit of oil. Add the remaining oil little by little. Grate the cheese and add the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat some butter in a pan and fry the scallops 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the scallops on pesto. Cut the tomatoes and put them on the scallops.
